Refund & Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your use of our platform to avail services through our platform. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use, Payment and Cancellation Policy and any other such Policy of the Platform usage before you proceed to access our platform carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any services you avail through our platform unless specifically stated otherwise on our vendor pages or readers offer advertisements. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the Vendors the service is unavailable by the Vendor then the order shall be cancelled and all payment made shall be refunded. In the event the service is availed and utilised or is not utilised after requesting and has been cancelled for refund due to any reasons including but not restricted to, delivery of wrong service, partial service, etc the platform shall not be held responsible but the Vendor shall take the liability.

We are not liable for any exchanges/cancellations/refunds/payments for orders placed through third-party service providers or directly through the Vendors or through platforms such as but not limited to Urbanclap, etc. We reserve the right to provide You services through the platform. We can refuse an order or request if We do not want to serve You, without any legal repercussions.

  1. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED SERVICES

In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the services provided by the Vendor, or has received the wrong service, and if the service payment is made through our platform, we shall compensate the User with a similar Service or if the User wants a full refund, the same shall be processed. The User can send an email to us with a digital photo of the Service availed or provided to [info@sanj.net.in] with the following on the body of the email:

    • Your request number
    • Vendor details
    • Payment details
    • A brief description of the reason for the return/refund
    • And tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.

    User has to register the refund/replacement claim within two (02) days of the receipt of the service through our platform. You can raise a claim via the “Ask for refund/replacement” option in the “My Accounts” page, by sending an email at [info@sanj.net.in], or by Whatsapping +91 [7596921600]. You may also inform us of your intend of the refund for the services availed through our Platform via letter by post, fax, or e-mail [info@sanj.net.in] and we will not entertain any claim made after two (02) days of receipt of the service.

    Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement or refund is under production. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the service availed.

  3. PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN
  4. To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions from located on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID, and item number. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return. The products for return will be collected by executive and for customers from out of service areas, shall courier by their own for faster processing. s The company will be bearing the cost of returning the items.

  5. Cancellation
  6. As a User, you may cancel Your order at any time until the order has been processed from the Vendor(s),in such senario the user will be charged with 3% of cancellation charges since the order was confirmed. In such a case we will not refund payments, if any, already made by you under the relevant order. Any return or refund is as per the return and refund policy of that particular vendor.
    The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

    • if it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
    • if it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
    • in case of unavailability of a product or service, or
    • for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
    • if the Company does not want to do business with the User

    Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the Platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by a supplier and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards purchase of such service.

    We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

  7. Refund
  8. Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such return. We will withhold reimbursement until we have investigated thoroughly your service availed and the refund form with the description.

    Once we are in receipt, we will the refund amount to your bank account, credit card, online wallet, etc. We typically issue your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the request.

  9. EXCHANGE
  10. If a User wants to exchange a service for a service in a different vendor or a different service as a whole, he can do so for a exchange by following these simple steps:

    • Register the exchange within three (03) days and before availment of the service. You can raise a claim via the “Exchange” option in the “My Accounts” page, by sending an email at [·], or by calling [·] . You may also inform us of your intent to return an item via letter by post, fax, or e-mail.
    • Complete the exchange request form on the platform along with a brief description of the reason for the exchange.
    • We typically issue your exchange within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the exchange request.
    • Exchange of the service is solely on discretion of the company.

    Once the refund process is complete, you can place an order for a fresh item of your choice.
